Director, Application Managed Services

Description

• Creating client/prospect Proposals, Pricing, Contracts, and Amendments in conjunction with Business Development for AMS Services.
• Responsible for managing the Application Managed services department which includes Incident Management, Quality Assurance, Quarterly Release Testing, and OTMNow deployments based on terms and conditions of client contract.
• P&L responsibilities based on departmental budget

Responsibilities

• Responsible for contract deliverables
• Ensure services meet client SLA’s
• Provide Project Sponsorship
• Managing client expectations
• Provide weekly management updates
• Provide continuing Product Training for employees
• Define Recruitment and Employee Retention needs
• Define internal processes for current and future managed service offerings representing state of the art technology and services
• Manage departments budget
