When we began refreshing the KSAP website (www.otmnow.com) earlier this year, we thought we were redesigning a digital experience, cleaner look, Sharper messaging, and better navigation. A more modern reflection of the company we’ve become.

Simple enough. But somewhere along the way, this stopped feeling like a website project.
It became a moment of reflection.

Because when you’ve spent twenty-five years building something, a website becomes more than a place to list services it becomes a mirror. And looking into that mirror forces bigger questions.

Who are we now?

What has changed?

What has remained constant?

And where are we headed next?

That journey took us back to where it all began.

In 1999, transportation technology looked very different. Transportation Management Systems were still evolving, and businesses needed more than software—they needed partners who understood the operational realities behind it.

That was the opportunity KSAP was built for.

We started with a simple belief: technology creates value only when paired with deep operational expertise. That belief still defines us.

What began as a focused team solving transportation management challenges has grown into a global organization of 130+ specialists across the United States, Mexico, India, and Europe. We’ve partnered with over 100 enterprise customers, delivered complex transformation programs, and built innovative solutions shaped by real customer challenges.

But growth alone doesn’t define a company. What defines a company is what remains true while everything else changes. For us, that has always been clear.

That philosophy has shaped every chapter of our journey. We’ve helped global manufacturers unify transportation operations across continents, supported organizations implementing transportation platforms for the first time, guided enterprises through complex Oracle Transportation Management transformations, and built solutions for challenges customers didn’t think technology could solve.

Every project added something experience, perspective, and stronger solutions. Over time, that collective knowledge became one of our greatest strengths. That’s something our old website never fully captured. Because today, KSAP is more than implementation expertise.

We see that as an opportunity. The same mindset that shaped KSAP twenty-five years ago, curiosity, adaptability, and a relentless focus on solving customer problems, continues to drive us forward.
So yes, this is a new website. But more importantly, it’s a clearer reflection of who we are, what we’ve learned, and where we’re going next.
