Java J2EE Developer

Location: Remote (Work from Home), India

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Implement and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
  • Work with Oracle databases to ensure optimal data storage and retrieval.
  • Utilize JDBC for efficient connectivity between Java applications and databases.
  • Develop front-end components using JQuery for enhanced user interaction.
  • Integrate ReactJS components for modern and responsive user interfaces.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Java Developer with expertise in J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including JQuery and ReactJS.
  • Proficient in Oracle database management and JDBC connectivity.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with RESTful web services.
  • Knowledge of Git for version control.
  • Familiarity with VPN setup and usage.
  • Linux and Windows server knowledge
