Associate Analyst

Description

Looking for an entry-level position suitable for fresh college graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of experience, possessing the necessary aptitude, attitude, and communication skills to work as an implementation consultant in packaged software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Gain a sound knowledge of application and technology associated with it
• Able to work effectively under the supervision of a senior team member
• Understand the project methodology and deliverables and apply that knowledge to projects
• Work as a shadow on OTM/GTM Support engagements
• Work on POCs, Solutions, or preparation of customer demos
• Participate in project meetings to understand the assigned work
• Develop and unit test the work
• Able to work on the root cause for issue resolution and documentation on support projects
• Should be able to communicate effectively with the team members and customers
• Regular meetings with mentors to enhance knowledge of product and soft skills

Experience and Skills

• Experience: 0-2 years
• Passion for working in an application configuration and programming environment
• A quick learner who can pick up new technologies and applications easily
• Basic knowledge in (at least 1-2 areas) Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, XML, XSD, XSLT, BI,
• Application Integration, Data Migration, and Data Conversions
• Have a strong oral and written communication skills
• Be an analytical problem solver
• Be a team player

Education

• Bachelor’s (BS, B.E., B-Tech) (Preferred)
