Description

We are currently looking for a highly skilled OTM Senior Consultant to join our team. As an OTM Senior Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to implement and support Oracle Transportation Management solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with project managers, functional/technical consultants, and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions within the OTM framework. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of transportation management processes and be proficient in Oracle technologies and related programming languages.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate competence in at least 3-4 modules and/or technical area
  • Able to work independently on an implementation assignment
  • Experience in creating functional design documents, configuration documents, test plan,s and test scripts
  • Gain strong knowledge of Integration of different applications and development or reports
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with different priorities
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies
  • Gain strong knowledge of one industry vertical and develop functional skills for the related application
  • Should be able to communicate effectively and build rapport with the team members and customers
  • Should be able to mentor junior team members

Experience and Skills

  • Experience 5+ years
  • Must have strong technical and/or functional knowledge of the latest Oracle Transportation
  • Management Application cloud or on-premise versions across all modules.
  • Experience in configuring and delivering CRP (Conference Room Pilots)
  • Knowledge of Oracle SQL, XSL, OTM XML
  • Must have knowledge of preparing functional/technical documents and should be able to translate the functional/technical specifications/design into OTM configurations.
  • Should have experience in at least 2 end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementation
  • Have a strong oral and written communication skills
  • Be an analytical problem solver
  • Be a team player

Education

  • Bachelor’s (BS, B.E., B-Tech) (Preferred)
