OTM Solution Architect

We are looking for highly competent OTM (Oracle Transportation Management)  Solution Architects to join our Consulting + Cloud Services group to implement OTM for our Customers.

Job Description:

• As an OTM Solution Architect, using your industry and OTM product experience, you will provide leadership to the implementation team in order to drive the full implementation lifecycle of an OTM engagement.
• You will be responsible for creating and delivering complex and comprehensive logistics business solutions
• You will lead the project team by inculcating leading practices in gathering requirements via client interviews or workshops, solution design, product setups, and integration design
• You will be driving the business process change required during the implementation.
• In this role, you will help define and justify the business case, develop implementation plans, track progress against plans, provide expert functional support, and manage client expectations
• You would be responsible for following the KSAP implementation methodology and shall be considered the go-to person for OTM product knowledge.
• You will be responsible for reviewing and providing quality control for the deliverables of the project
• You will mentor/coach less experienced OTM consultants in inculcating leading practices in all stages of the implementation lifecycle.

Experience & Skills :

• 15+ Years Oracle OTM Experience with experience as a Solution Architect in at least 5 full OTM implementations. OTM Cloud experience is an added advantage.
• Oracle Transportation Management, including:
  • OTM Core (Order Management, Transport Planning, Shipment Execution)
  • Operational Planning
  • Freight Payment, Billing, and Claims
• Working knowledge in Logistics or Supply Chain Management in multiple industry verticals
• Working knowledge of one or more of the following technologies is desirable:
  • RDBMS, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, XML, XSL, Web Services, and API
• Ability to interact with senior management, members of the project team, and client team members
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables
• Experience with the development of interfaces, customizations, and development of supporting applications for OTM
• Experience in managing a project team/track of an implementation project.
• Ability to work remotely and on-site, as per the needs of the project.
